The Power Hour
Not every one needs or wants to partake in a full one to one program with me and the POWER HOUR offers you a chance to discuss one health goal with me. We discuss your goal, any relevant health history and you come away with a report with up to 4 recommendations to help support you in working towards that aim.
Examples of health goals for a power hour could include:
- What supplements should I take?
- Maximising energy
- How to balance blood glucose
- Making better food choices
- What can I do to lower cholesterol
- Should I be fasting
- A few pointers to help with weight loss
The Power Hour is not suitable for children, oncology clients, those with active or suspected eating disorders or for those with complex medical needs. It's a basic service for those looking to make tweaks to their health.
